Registration will allow you to apply for membership. Once activated your membership will allow you to enter our proprietary trading hub where you can view, query, bid and buy inventories from multi-national manufacturers' and EMS leaders globally.

What advantages do I receive as a member?

XS hub.com provides members with only the freshest content available. Our dedicated staff continues to replenish data content to give members the best available components listings. You will view excess inventories from global hi-tech manufacturing leaders and Fortune 500 OEM's in the consumer, industrial, automotive, medical and telecom electronics sector.

How can my identity be protected?

XS hub.com protects all participants in the trading hub by issuing a non-disclose ID number where no one will know your identity. XS hub.com will facilitate all aspects of your trade never revealing your identity to anyone. XS hub.com provides an equal and fair playing field to all its members regardless of company size.

Where is your shipping point?

All merchandise is shipped from our state of the art fulfillment facility in Clearwater, Florida. All shipments are FOB our warehouse (Soon there will be Asian and European warehouses).

How do I pay for goods?

XS hub.com offers flexible pay methods. We accept credit cards through our secure portal of purchases not exceeding ten thousand US dollars ($10,000 usd). For transactions over ten thousand US dollars ($10,000 usd ) we generate purchase invoices to accept bank wire transfers.

Do we at XS Hub test parts?

No.

How does XS hub ensure quality at process centre?

To ensure continuity from our supply chain partners we continue quality process within our facility. Every XS hub logistics facility operates under a ANSI/S 20.20 ESDA certificate process.

We want a free trial to see if there are parts we need?

Our live trading system is only for paying members that have agreed to terms and conditions of the site. We can offer you a 30-day trial to search and request parts after a live demonstration has been completed. Should you want to purchase a paid membership is required.

What role does XS Hub play in sourcing/selling electronic parts to independent distributors?

Being a closed loop system we remove ourselves from the sourcing/quotation/purchase stages of the sale. We only provide a conduit that allows members to have direct messaging contact with our supply chain partners. This allows for fair trading to all members regardless of size.
